i waited excessively to check in due a staff visit that seemed a priority. i found no drinks in mini bar despite my all-inclusive status.

The hotel was directly on the beach. I noticed plenty of sun loungers available. The food offered great variety EVERY day. The hospitality felt genuine.

this hotel is awesome. the hotel staff are so friendly and helpful. the beach, pool, and balcony over the sea were fabulous. all facilities were very good. we got a free upgrade upon arrival to a suite, it was huge!
the room safe required payment. i did not like this extra charge.

the hotel is right on a sandy beach. there is also a beautiful and well-developed promenade for walks. i saw the restaurants offered amazing sea views from the rooms and from the restaurant. the hotel had guest parking!

I previously stayed at this hotel and i found the management took extra-ordinary measures for safety. i hardly noticed these measures. They were discrete and unobtrusive. the beach is undoubtedly the best in cyprus. i found the waters amazing, beating the best i have visited including the caribbean and greece.

i noticed reception staff were very professional and helpful, going beyond expectations. bar staff served with a smile and worked without stopping to deliver the best bar service. the owners are discreetly visible.
